Introduction👨
Hello, this is Pala Adithyan. Interested in topics relating to the environment, history, literature. Computer Applications Graduate. Aspiring Law Student. Currently in my gap year after my undergraduate degree.
Starting this blog to put out what I think adds some form of value, something that is in a very small way "new", to the internet, this digital repository of human knowledge, from my own experiences.
Lemme tell you what it might include, for now:
- Me reflecting on my life to things I've experienced (read, heard or seen).
- Cool stuff that I've made using code. (usually an interdisciplinary thing involving nature)
- Me working somewhere that I feel like lacks a digital footprint and documentation.
- Stuff I see on my farm that could be useful to others.
- In the future, maybe even legal stuff.
Basically, whatever I think adds in "unique" value to the internet, I'll be putting here.
What it will NOT include:
- Instagrammy images that look like everything else after a while,
- Posts that glamorize or "aestheticise" my life that seems to be quite common these days.
- GPT'd content that looks like a lot of people's LinkedIn posts.
There's tons of people doing that already. None of that. This is how it's going to go.
I feel like more people should sit down and write. I find it to be a (comforting? singular? can't find the word for it) way of probing into my feelings and actually, Think. And offer what you have learnt to others. And quite often, I find myself searching for something on the internet and it just doesn't exist. So, maybe this blog will help bridge that gap for someone out there.
For someone who thinks this, I must confess it's been a long time since I've done any writing. Part of the reason why is, I have never felt that any of my experiences were unique so far. Of course, there's two parts to me thinking that:
1My Self AND
2my experiences: much spotlight on it already, I mean I was BCA college student interested in the environment in Bangalore. A lot of experiences, already documented by a good number of people, which is good!) Very few of my thoughts stood out, I wouldn't go as far as to say "original", but maybe a tiny bit of original?) (These "few" ones, I will be posting soon)
So, this is a good way for me to improve both myself and actually contribute at the same time.
I'll see ya!
